I am writing this letter to express my appreciation to Dr. Mark Emerson and his staff. In the past, my experience with the dental profession has been at the very least, traumatic. But Dr. Emerson’s staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. The back office staff and Dr. E are just as warm and friendly. They explain all the procedures and comfort me through the entire process. They address all my anxieties and make my visits, dare I say, pain free and pleasurable.
